Short biography
Nas Hedron (www.NassauHedron.com) is a writer, editor, and artist. He has published fiction and poetry in journals in the United States, Europe, and Oceania.

Nas is the author of the Gat Burroughs Series of science fiction. The novels provide the main spine of the series, while works of shorter fiction take you deeper into the world and put the spotlight on characters who may be secondary in the novels.

The series opens with the novel "Luck and Death at the Edge of the World," which author Ian Watson calls "a great science fiction detective story." This is followed by the novelette "Felon and the Judas Kiss."

Another work of short fiction in the series will be published in 2012 and a second novel, "In the Empire of the Monkey King," will appear in 2013.

Nas also writes outside the Gat Burroughs Series. His slipstream short story "Siren" was published in Albedo One, the award-winning Irish journal of science fiction, fantasy, and horror, and is available as a standalone ebook.

His novelette "Virgins" is a work of traditional fiction with undercurrents of the fantastic and will be available soon.
