Jones has an impressively analytical approach to how to live life in all its fullness - predating many of the 21st century's approaches to life coaching. He addresses obstacles to a happy life (many from within ourselves) but also resources we can find - both internal and external - to orientate ourselves to a happy life. A year with this book is a year well spent!
