I like this, it's a bit sparse, but a good refresher for someone who knows paleo, like me.

A no-nonsense explanation of why you should live by Paleolithic principles. This quick read is a good recommendation for someone new to paleo. To scientifically-inclined folks, pick up Robb Wolf's Paleo Solution instead. Three stars because I like to read the science. :-). Bottom line: this a great simple guide to living paleo with a good dose of the author's straightforward humor.
