This is one of my all-time favorite reference books because it's so well-written and thoughtfully curated. It combines Indigenous healing wisdom, Natural Health Remedies, and Ayurvedic recipes by a Curandera. The recipes are insightful and easy to follow. The book layout and photography are gorgeous. The information is so dense that you can tell it took years to write. I'm so glad I own this beautiful book. This belongs in everyone's collection.
