The author writes a fictional account of a professor who finds himself journeying to a distant land, encountering a mysterious figure who is referred to in a note. He discovers another set of commandments about sharing with others, overcoming obstacles, finding balance and fulfillment within a community, acknowledging the beauty in things, seeking wisdom and recognizing the essence of God in people.
