Fantabulous (yes that is a Cafinated Reads word!)! I really loved this story! I don't know whether it's Ms. Victoria's writing style, or the fact that I have a not so perfect past and am also named Molly (spelling doesn't count!), that really spoke to me with this book, but I devoured it, cover to cover, in one sitting and I didn't want it to end.

Reading Mollie's story was captivating and thrilling. I loved her excitement over owning Lilac Cottage. I felt her disappointment when she realized her dreams might be shattered because of a mishap with the nephew of the original owners. When she meets Sean,it's a whirlwind of emotions from there. From happy, to sad, to frustration and back to happy, this book and it's characters are wonderfully created and the faith and hope that are woven into the story line is an added bonus.

I definitely can't wait to read another book by this amazing author. If all her books are like this one I'll be a fan for life. She blends heart stealing characters, faith in God, and a plot line that completely captivates the reader, and delivers an unforgettable read.

If you are looking for a fun book with all the emotions and quirky characters, grab your copy of this 5 star read. I am adding it to my top reads of 2017! Well done, Ms. Victoria! Looking forward to another book from you!

My Review:
This is a story of rebuilt trust and forgiveness. Constantly being let down with unreliability, Mollie Wright has a new beginning. A new home! A cottage filled with love from the dear sisters who previously lived there. Upon growing older, they decided to sell the little property. Mollie is thrilled they have selected her as the buyer.

Nephew Sean Grady is not so sure his dear great-aunts should leave ~ basically his memories being there and the fragrance of the lilacs everyone in the village enjoys their sharing of them on special occasions and just to say, "I'm thinking of you."

Unaware that it has been sold, he unlocks the front door. His first glimpse of Mollie cleaning the stove sets off an adventure he doesn't expect. Certain that he will never love again after being spurned, a division has set in that he feels cannot be rectified.

With both of their pasts clouding their present, Grady Cove exhibits loving neighbors who harbor their delicate feelings to bloom into explosions of understanding and forgiveness vivid to touch.

Love Among the Lilacs by Jenna Victoria is a charming story of a sometimes rocky romance. Mollie is excited to be moving into her own home, having worked and saved for several years. Sean is sure she is out to swindle his aunts out of their home and belongings. Sparks are a-flying! Will one of those sparks kindle the fire of love? Or will it all just go up in flames? Mollie and Sean both have past baggage that keeps them from entering fully into relationships. Can they let the hurts, the lies go and look to a future together? In Grady Cove, we meet the typical small community kind of characters. Characters who care about each other and take an interest in each other, especially if there is love in the air.
