Mark West (1) (1969–)

Seedy caravan camp. Polly and Sam get together for lack of anyone else their age. They get into an altercation with some thieves. Sam is knocked down and hits his head and his life changes forever. For a novella, all the characters are fully drawn. Things get weird, then weirder. And the end is a great moment. Recommended.

Engaging short story with a fascinating plot, relatable characters and an intriguing setting. An addictive read that leaves you hoping for a sequel.

Fun mystery/horror story. I read it in one setting.

A book about the suspicion and paranoia that stalking creates. A steady build up of tension whilst keeping the reader guessing as to who is following a recently divorced mother makes this a real page-turner.
