This story was so unique and twisted that I devoured it. It was a tad long so it took a few days to get through and a lot of people are mad at Adam, but I found myself loving and sympathizing with him the most Adam and Katrina had a great thing going, but one action by Katrina ruined it all. Adam asked her not to dive into his past, he wasn’t ready to share that part of him and yet she went behind his back to see what he was hiding. While it may have been an innocent move on her part, she still betrayed his trust. Four years later Katrina still misses the man she fell for, but now she’s trying to move on and live her life. This story is twisted and can be dark at times, but it keeps the reader invested because you want to see how things play out. While I did love this book Katrina made me mad at times because she talked a big game and everything she done was out of spite towards Adam. She was constantly looking for attention and when his brothers showed her any, she ate it up and saw an opportunity to get back at Adam again. Adam had every right to be upset with her and not the other way around, but she loved to play the victim. He never cheated or anything like that he just omitted his past to her and when he is trying to win her back even her brother says he had tried to force info out of his now wife and that didn’t end well, yet he tells Adam he needs to stay away from Katrina?!? Shouldn’t that be the other way around because she was trying to force his past out of him when he wasn’t ready yet now, she’s mad at him? Anyways I almost wished it was a true RH because then it would justify all the guys obsessing over her and doing the things they were, but it’s not so we get a little of everything while Adam sits back and must endure this pain of watching her with others. This story was great, and I am dying to see the other guys and their stories, but it may be awkward if they ever find their own person and must hang out with the girl that brought them back to life. Overall, a good story and the writing was amazing just a few times I found it hard to tolerate Katrina.… (more)
