As a Comparative Literature scholar and a polyglot, I'm interested in reading and gathering books from many countries around the world. I can actually read in more than twenty languages (Romance, Slavic, Germanic linguistic groups, as well as Arabic), yet I'm also interested in samples of other tongues and systems of writing (ex. Amazigh or Georgian), especially if they happen to be the part of a bilingual edition. Currently, my Polyglot Library contains books (or fragments of books) written in those languages: Amazigh, Arabic, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, German, Greek (ancient), English, French, Italian, Kriol (Guinea-Bissau), Latin, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, Norwegian, Ukrainian.

I'm a university professor and senior researcher in Comparative Literature.
