- About My Library
- The Elgin County Library started its existence in 1936 with an inventory of 130 books. Today the collection exceeds 200,000 items, including formats such as videos and CDs.
The headquarters for the Library System is located south of St. Thomas on Hwy #4 in the County Administration building. Our eleven branches, situated throughout the County of Elgin, extend from Rodney in the West to Port Burwell in the East and Belmont in the North. - Location
