About Me

Na’atik is a nonprofit language school located in the Zona Maya of Mexico. We teach high-quality English to local students and immersive Spanish and Maya language to foreigners. Our name comes from the Maya expression “To’on Na’atik” meaning “we’re understanding each other.”

Our mission is to teach and learn languages through authentic intercultural experiences while thinking globally and working together as a part of the local community.
