About meI'd rather have books than food, except that I'd starve to death and then wouldn't be able to read.

Hi, I was checking different libraries similar to mine and find yours. I am from Turkey and studying in Canada now, for ministry. I also check your blog.

I just want to say hi, and God bless for your ministry

Kerem
Wow, I've looked at your blog, and am glad to find another kindred spirit. You have a similar library as me. I guess that means we're practically related. :)
Thanks. I found your review on Piper's angles stirring. The strongest impacts I found were prayer rooted in the Scriptures. I find this powerful and directed, and sadly rare today. I haven't figured out what "pray and play" means yet. I don't want to stigmatize what might be meant by "play", but abandoning my engineering mind and being lost in the wonder of God's exceeding wisdom seems commendable. My first read regarding Piper was his "Contending for the Faith" about a year ago and I found it profitable.
I've just started cataloging tonight. Let me commend your taste in books.
Hi Brian - nice library, I also enjoyed your blog but I couldn't post a comment because I blog on blogger beta and they still haven't fixed all the bugs yet regarding posting on normal blogger blogs. I've only managed to catalogue one row of my books so far but already we have quite a lot in common - esp. re: Carson. Check out my blog http://spoohs4thought.blogspot.com if you've got some time.
Hi there - looks like we have quite a few books in common! All Lewis and Piper mostly; God's God-centeredness and "Christain Hedonism" have changed my whole perspective on reality (for the better).

Just thought I'd say hello.
