About My Library
I like to think that I am a pretty eclectic reader. Some of library reflects YA literature that I have read as part of my job. LibraryThing is a great way for me to keep track of what I've read for future book recommendations. I've definitely got a penchant for vampire fiction, which goes all the way back to my love of James Howe's "Bunnicula" in the second grade. I am currently obsessed with Charlaine Harris' Southern Vampire Mysteries, because it is about two things I love --the south, and vampires. I'm a superfan of "True Blood" as well. My taste, in general, runs a bit more literary. I love Ian McEwan, Tom Perotta, and Diana Gabaldon. I currently have an ENORMOUS stack of material next to my bed to read. Don't think I'll be buying any new books until after Christmas.

I'm 32 years old. North Carolinian by birth, Texan by longevity. Graduated with a BA in English from Texas State. Former high school English teacher, now school librarian. Married. One spoiled dog, no kids.
