About meI am a consultant and trainer in personal and organizational effectiveness. Since 1974 I have provided training for business people, healthcare professionals, human service providers, educators, clergy, and others. I am principal of my own consulting company and founder and director of the Center for Transforming Leadership. I serve as Coordinator of Special Projects for Niagara University, which includes direction of the Experience And Growth in Leadership Education program. I also serve as Advisor to the University’s Interdisciplinary Minor in Leadership. I am a Managing Distributor for Inscape Publishing and a Certified Facilitator for Achieveglobal. I have served as Senior Consultant for the Healthcare Careers Center of the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, as Training Associate for the Institute for Work/Family Balance at the University at Buffalo, and as an adjunct faculty member for other colleges in Western New York. I also have served as a Certified Instructor for the American Association of Professional Consultants.
