About meMITCHELL R. ALEGRE is a consultant and trainer in personal and organizational effectiveness. Since 1974 he has provided training for business people, healthcare professionals, human service providers, educators, clergy, and others. He is principal of his own consulting company. He is also Instructor in Management and Leadership for Niagara University’s College of Business Administration. He serves as Advisor to the University’s Interdisciplinary Minor in Leadership. He has served as Senior Consultant for the Healthcare Careers Center of the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, as Training Associate for the Institute for Work/Family Balance at the University at Buffalo, and as an adjunct faculty member for other colleges in Western New York. He also has served as a Certified Instructor for the American Association of Professional Consultants.
