About meBeing an amateur local historian, of no repute (I'm still
learning), a genealogist, and editor of a local genealogical society's quarterly, I collect books on local history and writing. I say I collect; I don't always read what I collect, but I scan for content. Some of my books are valuable because they are very old and rare, others are a dime a dozen.
I've been collecting for over 30 years.
About my librarySince I got the :cuecat and began entering books, I just couldn't stop. It became addicting; in a three-day period I entered 450 books from my in-house library. Knitting and quilting books are next. I've got 10 boxes still in the garage to enter that are classics mostly.
