Pg 1-100
Zoe is a girl about our age, black hair, pale, skinny, "big boobs", and her best friend ids lorraine. Her dad is usually at the hospital with her dying mom and he doesnt tell her anything, and pays no attention to her what so ever, he is kind of a jerk. Zoe gets a phone call Lorraine is moving away in 2 weeks, so now zoe has nobody, she doesnt get to see her mom, her dads always gone, and her best friends moving. One night Zoe goes on her daily walk and sees a boy, they both find each other attractive, little does she know, he is a vampire. His name is simon, he ends up watch her through her window ata night on somedays, he has a interst in her because of something "dark", he also lost his mother over 300 years ago. One day simon walks zoe home from school, it was awkward and scary, but they both enjoyed it. Zoe's mom got to come home for a little, but her dad still wouldnt let zoe talk to her. Zoe ended up seeing her mom get really sick and was week, throwing up everywhere.. Later her mom was put back in the hospital, and zoe finally got some visiting time, she charished every second of it, her mom feelos terrible about everything. Zoe ended up freaking out at her dad and said some really mean thing, she felt bad about it after, i think it was very needed. Zoe and lorraine got into a huge fight to, and then she saw simon killing something, blood all ove his mouth. Simon came over to zoes, they kissed, watched a movie, and now they really like each other. Simon is now getting ready to tell hisd story of being a vampire.

P- well this is by no means has any american history in it, considering vampires to exhist, but it does show some struggles a teenage girl has to go through!

E- There isnt any religous part of this book, but it does have some morals! There isd only really one good moral and thats probably that she met simon, now she has a person to get all the bad morals of her mind, like, her mom dying, her best friend moving, and the fact her dad is a jer to her.

A- I think there are many themes for this book, here are some that i think are pretty good. Sometimes you need to go through bad to find somebody who can bring you through some good. Everybody has bad parts in life, but yoiu have to stay strong. Those are two i think are very powerful :)

pg 100-198/the end

Simon and zoe are on the couch and simon begins to tell her about him, he wads boen near england,(keep in mind this is like 300 years ago) and christmas wasnt allowed because of there kings and it upset his mom who is a very happy girl, his dad raised sheep and started ge4tting richer and richer, a boiy named christopher went missing and he was very important to them, and his mom got sadded and sadder, his mom kept seeing christopher in mirrors and windows, the next day her throat was slashed and she was found in a garden. simon was only 4. simons mom was "a happy spirite;" simonds fasther moved and simon was turning into a disapointment to his father, a boy gave simon a scar and thats the only mark on his body, nothing ekse can hurt him not a stab, or cut nothing. Zoe wasnt scared of him at all stil. im not sure but i think simon bit her when they were kissing. They were interuppyted by a phone call and simon left.Lorraine has now left, she hhas moved for good. Her dad apologized for not being there, zoe still dosnt get much time with her mom which doesnt make sense still. I dont und3rstand zoeds feelings fro simon, cuz he stresses her out she says she doesnt want him to come back. she was cleaning and made a poem and simon appeared. He has a burn from the sun, so he cant go out in the light no more. christopher the boy that went missing found zoe, and simon says he wont let anything happen to her, someting about christophers bear.. he couldbt be without it ans zoe took it which angered him and christopher started tweaking out and started chasing after zoe. simon and chistopher became face to face, they are trying to kill christopher by burying him in a pit of steaks. it turns out christopher is simons brother who killed his mom. simon killed his brother, he fell for zoe, and thats the end.

P- the american part would be i gues this book is kind of similar to twilight and americans watch that, other than that i dont see much of a comparison!

E- The good moral is that everything turned out better, they faced there fears and solved it, the bad ones would be all they had to go throw, all the things they lost.

A- the message of this book it sometimes people arent what they seem, but that doesnt mean that there bad, it just means there different. Aother one might be that sometimes you have to face your fears to get over them!
