- The Hagaman Memorial Library serves the East Haven community with a collection exceeding 70,000 volumes. Materials for preschoolers through adults fill its shelves. Access to magazine articles and books available throughout the state is made possible through CD-ROM indexes and online networks. Patrons are able to access the Internet free of charge at one of several public access PCs. Circulation exceeds 139,000 items per year.

Monday: 10am - 5pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10am - 8pm
Friday: 10pm - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm (Only during the school year)
