Earth Mother is a story of life. Its beautiful artistry and simple language and wording make it a great story for a young reader to get his/her hands on. The story kind of describes the circle of life. The man is must eat so it eats’ frog, but hates mosquito and wishes him no more. The frog eats mosquito, but wish man to be gone. And the mosquito loves man, but wishes frog gone. Earth Mother hears all these issues, but in the end does nothing because that is how she has made things. It is a lovely legend of the circle of life. ( )
