The circus is back! And with it come a bank robbery, two supposed suicides and a murder. After 4 years, Jack is also back in Rose's life.
There are a couple of plot points that didn't work for me and a bit of a change in Rose's character that I hope was just a small slip.
Edinburgh is always a character in Knight's novels and this is no exception. That is probably my favorite part of her writing. Looking forward to the next in the series (and getting this far inspired me to track down copies of the Inspector Faro series). ( )
