Another in the den, she is awaiting the arrival of her pups in her belly, but an eagle is waiting high on the hill. This story shows you the process of how the mother has her children and the father goes off to find them food. The pups are getting bigger until they finally go out to explore. But all this time the eagle has been waiting for the pups to come out. One pup wanders off and the eagle uses this opportunity to try and get the pup. Right when he almost snatched the pup from the ground the father came to protect his pup. This is a beautiful story of how you can see how the wolves are happy but the eagle is trying to eat the pups. But it's amazing how the father protects his child that was my favorite part.
