An outstanding book. It goes over the disease in detail, in language that a layperson can understand. It covers other related conditions and autoimmune diseases, explains thoroughly the pathology of the disease, plus nearly half the book devoted to expert advice on the gluten-free diet. It is a must-have book if you or someone in your family has celiac disease. ( )
