This is a very sweet story about how a baby grows in Mommy’s tummy and how all of her love grows too. The pictures are simple, but colorful. There are a lot of soft colors in the illustrations. The illustrations create a soothing read. The whole book rhymes too. This book would be a great book to have in an at home library or a Kindergarten classroom. Young children are very fond of growing things. ~Hannah ( )

First words
This is a story about someone you know
and something that happened a few years ago,
before she was famous for loving you
and for hip-hip-hooraying the things that you do
and mopping your spills and kissing you better. . .

. . . it's about your mummy before you met her.
