Title: Gilbert and the Lost Tooth
Illustrator: Diane deGroat
Publisher: Harper Collins
Date: 2012
Pages: 32
Type: Modern Fantasy
Summary: Gilbert loses his tooth and drops it while he is at the playground. Lewis steals it and puts it under the pillow for the tooth ferry. Gilbert leaves a note for the tooth fairy explaining what happened. The tooth fairy leaves him money, and also leaves a note for Lewis telling him that he has to put his teeth under his pillow nobody else's. The next day Lewis loses a tooth too!

I really enjoyed this book. It had a great lesson behind it for small kids, that you can't steal things from your friends. It also shows them that they will lose their teeth, and imagination that comes with believing in the tooth fairy is great!
