Mullah Nasruddin, the idiot-wise, a character created by the Sufis, breaks the habits of the mind and can open new dimensions in perception. His stories have so much gone, that several cultures identify him with a piece of his story. Whatever its origin or utility, its very fine, subtle and effective humor captivates.
