Everything for a younger you! Simple everyday solutions for women of any age.

Are you looking to kickstart your New Years resolutions early? If so, why not make them count by using proven methods and solutions to help you achieve your goals. As someone who reads and does research on tons of products and self-help books I was not expecting to learn anything new from this book, boy was I wrong. From the very start I learned the best products out on the market proven to work on my problem skin for my current adult condition which includes oily patches that have been clogging my pores.

Divided into 11 chapters this book includes a 7-day jumpstart and 7-week plan to living a lifestyle that will leave women feeling much younger than your current age. Endorsed by Dr. Oz. the 7 Years Younger program was tested by a group of experts and scientists and edited by Rosemary Ellis the Editor-in-Chief of Good Housekeeping. Chock-full of information you will want to go back to again for future reference this guide is for women of all ages. Skin, exercise, sleep, food, stress, memory and so much more, 7 Years Younger covers just about everything for a younger you.

This book is very easy to read and meant to be read a little bit at a time as it can be overwhelming with all the information it provides. I found it best to read a couple of chapters a day then go back for a refresher when looking for something specific. For example, in chapter Age Eraser 1 called "Reclaiming Your Skin," I found the information on peel treatments, which seem highly controversial lately, very interesting and although it had been intimidating to me, helped me feel comfortable enough to purchase my own at home peel treatment. At the end of the chapter, as with all chapters, you will find a chart that gives you those products that are highly recommended and have all been tested by the Good Housekeeping Research Institute beauty lab and by hundreds of women volunteers. You are given a list of the product, category and "Why it's the top tool." You also receive bonus tips throughout the book and the highlights of the women featured who tested the 7 Years Younger plan.

I found all the chapters in this book to be truly inspirational. Even when covering a topic I was already familiar with, it helped refresh my memory while reinforcing that topic. I would recommend this book to any woman out there wanting to look and feel younger who are not looking for anything complicated but are looking to implement simple changes in their life and are ready right now to give it a try.
