Very good, though a bit repetitive in spots. Helpful to understanding how the minds of some friends and family work. ( )

I found this book just okay. There were a couple of suggestions here and there that are nice but ultimately nothing stuck with me. I would rather have preferred that a book gives a suggestion and follows it throughout the chapter - giving real life cases where it helped someone, or suggesting variations of the solution. This book gives suggestions so that you can find your own solution, not the direct solution. Well, guess what I got some ideas but didn't work out anything concrete. So nopes it didn't really help me. ( )
