Good little booklet about Oxford's industrial past; it is limited in scope (intentionally) and does really need to be read more or less at the time that you're doing one of the walks that she described, otherwise it's not always that easy to remember the exact buildings she lists. This isn't a criticism as it's really part of the raison d'etre of the book, but it did mean that on a first reading I could tell I wasn't getting everything out of it that I might have done. Nevertheless it has some interesting snippets and photos. ( )
