So, [a: Neil Gaiman|1221698|Neil Gaiman|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1234150163p2/1221698.jpg] wrote a poem for National Poetry Month. It's available for free on Tor.com

The poem isn't the best poem, but I tend more towards Byron or Keats when it comes to poetry anyway. It's a decent little poem, a thoughtful piece that's a bit amusing if only for the overtness of the metaphor. It's easy to imagine a bit of a smirk on Neil's face.

All the same, it's quietly evocative. It sounds good read aloud. It's a cute little piece, a good ending, a decent idea and a beautiful illustration.

Enjoyable read. I liked the alternate world of magic Amber Kell created. Would of liked a bit more screen time between the two main characters though. ( )
