I absolutely loved getting to see inside Drake's head! Tainted was the best way to wrap up the series and while I would really love to keep reading all about Drake and Chloe, I am happy to see them happy and together.

What a wonderful way to bring this series to a close! If you have been reading Chloe and Drake's story, you will love, love, love reading this book. You get to get inside Drake's head while he and Chloe were apart. It shows SO much about him and about how much he struggled. He was a mess, plain and simple. However, he was a redeemable mess and once he figured that out, he had so much life to live.

The second part is Drake and Chloe's reconnection. I love how real it is. It's not the typical "I screwed up" and then "It's fine, I forgive you and love you forever and ever". No, Drake and Chloe have a lot of work to do to heal and mend. They don't go into this reconnection blindly thinking that all is fixed just because Drake is clean. There are a lot of wounds that still need tending to.

The epilogue is perfect. Just perfect. It brings the whole story to the lovely conclusion that it should be. Awesome. ( )
