Shandi Fossey has left Round-up, Oklahoma, and is working at the Erotique Bar in the Hush Hotel while she completes her degree in cosmetics and fragrance marketing. She is determined to return home like her family expects her to. While at the hotel, she meets the handsome and magnetic Quentin Hawks, a Grammy-winning record producer planning to return of his hometown of Austin. The jaded businessman is drawn by her optimism and fresh outlook. Although the feeling is mutual, will they be able to reconcile their desire for each other with their need to live in different places? Kiss and Makeup (4), by Alison Kent, has a good subplot, magnetic characters and very hot sex. She makes the somewhat slight conflict believable.
