![]() None No current Talk conversations about this book. ![]() ![]() This is another nice little addition to the Sinner's series. Here we have the approach of Valentines day and Damien is buying an expensive gift for Sionn. This leaves Miki feeling a little out-of-sorts, because he's not very good at people or relationships, and how is he supposed to figure out what to get Kane? He has already gotten him something, which he feels (in light of the gifts Damien and Sionn exchange) is inadequate. It's not. His gift is perfect, really, and harkens back to our first glimpse of Kane, as well as who he is. There's a lovely scene with Miki and Donal, which again shows what lovely people Donal and Brigid are, how they understanding their children, and how they think of their partners as theirs as well.
