This is a cute book that shows that it is the people who make a house a home. Though the wolf thinks he will find a better home, he realizes that he misses his original home very much. When he tries to return there, it has already been given to someone else. The wolf must build a new house and learn how to make it into his home. ( )

A wolf learns to appreciate his old home after leaving it to explore the world beyond his home. When he returns from his journey, he is not able to purchase his home back, but he creates a new enjoyable home for himself.

The book would be a great way to begin a discussion about how an individual defines a home. ( )
