I selected this book because of a gluten-sensitive eater in our family. Haven't really put it to use yet, but hope it is useful going forward--we'll have to wait and see.

I just recently went gluten free to help some health problems I have. Its so overwhelming and time consuming for me especially when I have no energy. This is the perfect book for me. I never used my slowcooker before and here Ive been given recipes and directions. Thank you so much! (

I found the cookbook easy to follow. The recipes were very easy to make and tasted good. Worth giving a try especially if you are trying to go gluten-free. (

I received the ebook version of The Gluten-free Cookbook for Slow Cookers free as a member of librarything.com's early reviewers group in exchange for an honest review. This cookbook is full of great tasting, easy to follow recipes that make life much easier. No standing over the stove for hours required. Notably, the recipes are gluten free, but taste good enough to eat regardless of your diet plan. (
