The definitive work on the subject. The only thing is, this is an exhaustive reference, which means it is incredibly long. There's so much to this subject that no one person can keep it all in their head, not even the respective authors -- when mucking about with the program, they keep copies of this book near to hand.

I would rate this book five stars, except that the subject is so deep that an exhaustive reference ends up being more like an encyclopedia. ( )
