Een heel foute titel voor een boek waar ik, bij nader inzien, erg tevreden over ben. Het concept van en de recepten voor een bewust ontwikkelgerichte organisatie zijn hanteerbaar en inspirerend. En nu eindelijk ook eens een Nederlandse vertaling van een Kegan-boek. ( )
