Stop Saying You're Fine by Mel Robbins is definitely one of the better self help books I have read in quite a while. There are literally thousands and thousands of self help books out there and the one thing they have in common is that they all have some values or at minimum a few good points. Robbins book is an exception in the fact that it is very clear and concise. there is a definite plan that follows a clear path to implementation. Intertwined are stories and examples to verify her points. I read an enormous amount of self improvement books and I have a lot of highlighting in my copy. Unfortunately as with any self improvement book if you do not actually follow the program and implement the content in your own life nothing will happen. I can tell you if you implemented Me l Robbins ideas and content you would have a life changer in your own life. his book is worth the read for someone looking for change in their life. ( )
