And Kindle Alexander delivers a contemporary story that always delivers on those points for me. Kellus and Arik are unlikely to find each other. But it's Kellus' artistic expression that speaks to Arik at a deeper level, and his pursuit is solely to find that intrigues him more. It's a beautiful story that reminds you that the person you give your heart to should always be the person who lifts you highest. no reviews | add a review

I love Kindle's books, and this one is absolutely no exception. The characters they write grab me by the heartstrings and make sure I am holding on for the bumpy ride. Thane was a strong, determined, sure of himself character, and at the surface, Levi was a quiet, reserved, and dedicated family guy. But Levi took control like there was no other, and showed us all that quiet and reserved most certainly does not mean pushover. I loved his strength and determination. Finally getting to see Thane break down his walls that he thinks a relationship would ruin him, and seeing Levi acknowledge that he deserves all the good that comes to him was amazing and fulfilling. I loved this book so much, and cannot WAIT to see Julian find some true happiness in his life as well. May the book hangover commence! ( )
