What a wonderful book. I came to know Rory and his beautiful, brave wife through his blog, so I could not wait to purchase his book. And it did not disappointment. Each chapter is short and written as if Rory is sitting and visiting with the reader. The stories are sweet, warm and moving; I could not put this book down. ( )

This is a comprehensive look back on the author’s life, including his marriage to fellow singer Joey who died of cancer too early. The author attributes much of his happiness and success to God. Religious beliefs play a major role in his life and in this book. While I expected much more about Joey based on the title, she was more of an afterthought in this work. ( )
