New book from bestselling author Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth! Known for her wisdom, warmth, and knowledge of Scripture, Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth has encouraged millions through her books, radio programs, and conferences. Now she's back with a legacy work on Titus 2 and its powerful vision for women. From Nancy: "Cross-generational community between women is the biblical antidote for being chronically, hopelessly overwhelmed, as so many of us are. When older women come out of their protective cocoons to invest themselves in the lives of younger women, whole families and churches feel the blessing. When young moms and singles widen their peer groups to include women who have already braved the same rapids and lived to tell about it, both sides of the relationship are strengthened and grow. We all, in different ways and in different seasons, need to be on both the giving and receiving end of this life-to-life process. So I invite you to join me as we look to God's Word for His perspective on the character, commitments, and attitudes of godly women-and His prescribed process for helping us live out these virtues not only today, but from generation to generation.".… (more)

Convicting! Great Scriptural teaching balanced with practical advice, & real-life anecdotes. Used with one small group of older ladies; now re-reading with a blended group of young & old together. Should get even more out of it this go around! ( )

Following description of this book taken from the book description on Amazon:

"Woman to woman. Older to younger. Day to day. Life to life.
This is God’s beautiful plan.

The Titus 2 model of older women living out the gospel alongside younger women is vital for us all to thrive. It is mutually strengthening, glorifies God, and makes His truth believable to our world.

Imagine older women investing themselves in the lives of younger women, blessing whole families and churches. Imagine young wives, moms, and singles gaining wisdom and encouragement from women who’ve been there and have found God’s ways to be true and good. Imagine all women—from older women to young girls—living out His transforming gospel together, growing the entire body of Christ to be more beautiful."

This author does a good job of working her way through Titus 2 and showing us how we can adorn the beauty of Christ and the Gospel by how we as women live out our lives. She gives very good practical and helpful illustrations from her own life and from the lives of people she has met through the years. She also uses scripture to back up what she says, which is what I like most about her writings . ( )

My Thoughts: This was such an insightful read. The author Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth has taken the reader through the book of Titus.

In this book women are taught God's plan on older women teaching the younger;she deals with many issues that many women struggle with. This book is an encouragement for women. It covers all areas for women young and old. The author covers topics of marriage, the working wife, slander and gossip. She even explains the dreaded submission in great lengths. This is a book that all women should read, both young and old will benefit from it.

This book encouraged me greatly.
