Maggie Armitage is horse-crazy. Her younger brother Bugsy is only interested in insects. It is the Great Depression, and their family has fallen on hard times, but Maggie and Bugsy have a plan to restore the family fortune. When a journalist comes to research their famous-poet uncle, the family disgrace, complications ensue.

Old fashioned but still very good. ( )
