The lure of the moon and the howl of a wolf. That's what this volume of shifting is all about. Animal attraction. Primal magnetism. These guys have all that and more. In Vest'acha, Gareth and Sorcha find their way back to each other after years apart. Sorcha thought he had lost Gareth years before, his mate leaving him without even a word. When Gareth returns to him, injured and weak, Sorcha takes him in and learns why Gareth had to leave him to keep him safe. Can they find love now, when both of them have lived such different lives? In Pack Mates, Seamus finds a young shapeshifter who reminds him of himself, one who needs his help. Keith has a hard time believing he's anything but human, but with Seamus' help, he learns to accept his animal side, and sets about to help Seamus raise a pack of pups in an urban jungle. In the third volumes of Shifting, the focus switches to werewolves (the first two volumes were cats). In Ves'tacha, Gareth left Sorcha in order to protect him. Now they have been reunited, but can their love be renewed? In Pack Mates, Seamus takes in a young shapeshifter, Keith, who has a hard time believing he's anything but human. Together, they must raise a pack of pups in an urban jungle. But, will they be able to manage?

All three volumes of this series were very good. Once again, HOT sex abounds, with just enough plot to keep it together. Recommended. ( )
