The A-Team star and talented actor gives his account of his life in showbusiness, and his self-treatment of cancer. Mr Benedict has a very readable style of writing, and this is an interesting read. I didn't agree with all of his views, and I don't think that it was ever his intention to convert anyone to agree with all of his views. He certainly makes you think though, which is always a sign of a good book. ( )

Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy is not a true autobiography or celebrity tell-all. This is more a lifestyle book. Mr. Benedict puts forth his opinion of what a healthier lifestyle should be - and, I must admit, he struck some chords. While I will most likely never reach his level, I have already made changes that will improve my family's lives. ( )
