Well, it's certainly pretty enough.  And I guess the message is important.  I just can't imagine a child actually choosing to read (or listen to) this a second time.  Boring. ( )

"Jam and Jelly by holly and Nellie" is a story that shows that through perseverance anything is possible. As Holly is helping her mother, she finds unique ways to keep motivated. For instance, the bird she notices while picking starwberries, she imagines it singing "teacher, teacher" and continues to work. Her mother Nellie also remains persistant because she doesnt want her daughter to have "holes in her learning" This book offers a family bond between mother and child and their determination to make ends meet.

It was ok. Not very good. I wouldn't recommend it. ( )
