Ash's story is a really entertaining one. He takes Alice's rejection as a challenge and the hunt begins. Both with walls built high around their hearts, they start out with a no-strings relationship. But Ash and Alice are equally surprised when their feelings for each other take them by surprise. Alice never expected to fall in love ever again and Ash has as much emotional baggage as she does. But there are happy endings all around. Also, a new "monster" stalks the shifter colony. I'm really curious to know what Charlene comes up with next. Can't wait for the next book.
