The style was light, but informative and friendly, and there were interesting vignettes throughout the book. I am encouraged to read some of the suggested references that were at the end. ( ) This was an excellent introduction to the basics of Buddhism. It was written very simply and interspersed with real-life stories to help understand the concept. Anyone who's interested in Buddhism and/or having issues with "head clutter" would benefit from reading this book. The author includes a list of other books along with a very brief synopsis of them.
