Introduction of more characters and more explanation of the magic system. Art is exceptional. ( )

This manga is sooo good so far! I love the characters, the story, and there is so much detail it’s amazing. There’s the detail of the artwork, which is stunning, but also in the concepts of how magic works. It keeps shocking me how much sense these awesome spells make with the system the author has created. It is too much fun to see the characters get out of bad situations by having to brain storm new and/or different ways to use the basics of spell working that they already know. And it makes sense when they do! There is also a good amount of mystery and suspense with a lot of the setting up that is being done now. ( )

sadly the series took a short dip in the second volume, the dragon arc was weirdly paced. beautiful art tho! ( )

The setting and the plotting are enjoyable, but are not the only things to like in this manga. The art is beautiful. The manga has a rich, diverse cast of characters. Coco manages the difficult trick of being sympathetic even though she is inadvertently dangerous to those around her. Plot twists are frequent and entertaining.
