Unfortunately that is FALSE ADVERTISING

A man dies and calls his friend from beyond asking her to get his stories published. The friend has to get through his mother before that can happen. The mother rather die than allow that to happen.

I guess that cover and that description is for the whole book and tor.com just happens to be using it inaccurately for this story. ( )
