Todos estos cuentos son de una factura impecable. Aún así, por el estilo de Pitol y por las enrevesadas estructuras de sus historias, pueden llegar a ser un poco pesados.

Aunque algunos de estos textos me dejaron un poco indiferente (los menos), le pongo cinco estrellas por los cuatro cuentos moscovitas: Asimetría, Vals de Mefisto, El relato veneciano de Billie Upward y Nocturno de Bujara, cuatro cuentos perfectos y siniestros. También destaco La pantera y Sueños, nada más, que en su conjunto forman una verdadera anomalía en la narrativa mexicana.

Un placer excepcional leer a Pitol. ( )
