While I do have an erotic, steamy side to my being a romance author; I’ve also got a passion for reading/reviewing Christian books, so much so I’m in the process of writing two Christian books myself. However, due to a few personal circumstances, I haven’t been able to do any writing for them for several weeks.

I needed something to rekindled my inspiration to start writing my YA Christian romance novella anew. So, when I read the invitation in this book’s description regarding the marvelous collection of 25 quick, easy-to-read, decent romances with a hint of anything naughty, I couldn’t resist in buying a KINDLE copy.

Although my specific YA romance genre is Contemporary, I found myriad of romance genres this book contains to more than suffice my needs, since each genre has certain elements which the others don’t. Having stories from five different exceptional romance authors, allows readers, including myself, to witness five different writing styles; all of which I can use to improve my own writing.

Given the theme for the stories in this book, my mind couldn’t help but recall Frank Sinatra sing As Time Goes By, especially the lyrics of the song’s third stanza:

Moonlight and love songs: never out of date.
Hearts full of passion, jealousy and hate.
Woman needs man, and man must have his mate.
That no one can deny.

With the myriad of genres that this book contains from Regency romances to Western Mail Order Bride romances to Inspirational ones, all of which satisfying the theme for this collection, there’s enough wholesome stories to satisfactory please a wide spectrum of readers, which is why I’ve given this collection of stories and their authors 5 STARS.
