A good collection of in the main good tales by Ramsey Campbell, centring on his contribution to the lovecraftian Cthulhu Mythos. There are some gems here, some not so good tales but the majority have something of some worth to the interested fan. These are supplemented by some good commentary on Lovecarft and some literary criticism at the end. Good and especially interesting for those who like Campbell or Lovecraftian writers. ( )
